1. Rooms: a. Our facility has 7 independent and private bathroom “Chalet” style rooms made entirely of natural / solid wood. Each room has an enclosed area of 28 m² with a ceiling height of 4 meters. Additionally, each room has a completely independent and private 22 m² open terrace. b. All rooms have views of Mount Ida. c. These rooms and terraces, which constitute the accommodation section of our facility, are non-smoking areas. We expect all our guests to help in adopting, preserving, and implementing our business vision, which encourages a natural and eco-friendly lifestyle. For our smoking guests, there are designated smoking areas in our Ambrosialife building. d. Our rooms are designed for 2 people and each room has a “King-size” (180x200) bed. e. In the bathrooms, we use a wide variety of completely natural soap products made with essential oils and without any chemicals or additives. You will have the privilege of choosing the soap/sponge soap/gel for your hands and body according to your skin type at check-in. We are happy to assist you with this during your reservation or check-in. However, due to production requirements, shampoos and conditioners contain synthetic stabilizers, preservatives, and chemicals for shelf life. Although we have meticulously selected high-quality shampoos and conditioners, if this is a concern for you, we recommend you come prepared. f. Room service is not available. However, products such as water, tea, and coffee can be obtained from the service-support unit in the accommodation section and the Ambrosialife building. Note: Alcoholic beverages are not available in the service-support unit.

2. Reservation: a. Individual reservations can be made online through our website. For questions and special requests, you can always contact us. We are happy to assist you. i. Individual accommodations are only for guests aged 18 and over. ii. The age limit is 15+ for those accompanied by an adult. iii. We do not accept pets for accommodation. iv. Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. v. Payment must be completed at least 48 hours before check-in. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled even if confirmed. Our business is not responsible for unpaid cancellation conditions and cannot be held liable. b. Group reservations can be made for at least 5 rooms and 2 nights. i. Children are accepted depending on the group's characteristics and suitability. ii. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible according to the group's needs and requests. However, in any case, check-in time is the same day at 22:00, and check-out time is the same day at the latest 18:00. iii. Payment must be completed at least 7 days before check-in. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled even if confirmed. Our business is not responsible for unpaid cancellation conditions and cannot be held liable.

3. Breakfast: a. Breakfast is not included in the room price. Information about prices can be obtained during reservation or at the facility. b. Our standard breakfast includes: simit and toasted bread, tea, white cheese, kashar cheese, one type of homemade jam (seasonal), one type of local honey (seasonal), local olives, and olive oil, choice of cooked egg (free-range), and seasonal greens (from the garden). c. Standard breakfast hours are from 08:00 to 10:30. d. After breakfast, from 10:30 to 12:00, “leisure coffee or a non-alcoholic drink” is available to all our accommodation guests for free. e. Upon request during reservation or at least one day in advance, different breakfast varieties with various dietary features can be prepared. Special requests should be written in the entry form.

4. Food: a. There is no restaurant service in our facility. b. However, our Ambrosialife building is an “experience” center for all our guests. Here you will have the opportunity to discover and get to know drinks, tastings, and delights you may have never heard or seen before. c. For individual reservations, a set menu (daily local home-cooked meal) service is possible if notified on the same day. d. For group reservations, meal services can be provided according to special requests and needs as part of the program content.

5. Activities: a. The Ida Mountains, Edremit – Güre region is an extremely attractive destination for nature walks, hot springs, sea, and cultural tourism. Guided tours and excursions are available for these activities. b. During the summer season, we have special sun loungers and a designated area for our guests on the Güre beach. We are happy to assist with special requests and demands during reservation.
